Official Fayette County criminal-record questions belong with the public office that created or keeps the record. The contacts below route court, arrest, jail, police, state-history, and record-clearing requests to their proper custodians in Vandalia or at the Illinois state level.

This Is Not a Government Office. Fayette County Criminal History is privately operated. It cannot retrieve an official file, perform an authorized check, correct or remove an entry, or receive an expungement petition. Those services remain with the government custodian.
